SHIPPING POLICY:

We are an online boutique and do not have a retail store. Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer and many are made to order.

We make every effort to ship items within 3-5 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items ship within 5-15 business days as some items are custom made to order and require additional time. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. The couriers we use are insured and traceable.

Premier Yorkie typically uses USPS, but not limited to Fedex, UPS and other shipping methods. When your order is shipped partially or in full you will receive an email indicating it has shipped. Some packages tracking are not available until after the package has been delivered.

Premier Yorkie is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.

In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping rate of $5.99 for orders in the contiguous United States. Additional shipping rate applies for Alaska and Hawaii.

Also, if you are an International customer, please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply. Shipping cost will be shown at check out BEFORE you pay so you will know exactly what they are. If the item is large or oversized we will notify you if additional shipping costs will be incurred, but this is not normally the case. You can also email us for a shipping quote. All international orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges. International orders may require additional processing time because of shipping all in one package verses from multiple warehouses.

*Free shipping is not available to international customers and some items do not qualify due to size and weight, such as carriers, beds and furniture etc. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs please email us.





RETURN POLICY:

Our dogs have fully tested, worn, chewed, dragged, slept on, rolled over, pulled on, rubbed on, scratched, and licked every item we offer. However, if you receive an item that has been damaged during shippment or is defective you have 5 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt of item to contact us at info@premieryorkie.com and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must have an RMA# BEFORE RETURNING the item. We will not accept return items that are soiled or covered in hair. We will ship you a replacement or you may choose another product from Premier Yorkie if you like. We are Yorkie lovers just like you so please contact us and we will work with you to solve the problem. However, we love what we do and we think you will to.
